WEBINAR "The whole is more than the sum of its parts" - Aristotle

Trend applications and their realization in the injection molding industry

If in plastics injection molding innovative strength, engineering art and production know-how come together, users will find the perfect combination for new opportunities.
Deckerform, HRSflow and KURZ invite you to become part of "the whole" in a German speaking webinar on December 3rd, 2020 from 3 pm to 4:30 pm.
Do recognize your individual advantages from the application and product portfolio of the organizers.

Further information about the program and the individual seminar presentations and the registration form you will find here.

Short descriptions of the presentations

Deckerform

Transparent processes are generating growing price pressure on plastic injection molders, which is eating up margins. At the same time, quality requirements are continuously being raised and environmental problems are increasingly being blamed on the plastics industry.

In this injection molding jungle it is becoming more and more difficult to be successful with classical technologies. Franz Tschacha, industry expert and medium-sized company leader, provides answers and shows ways for injection molders to shine successfully in this triangle of tension and at the same time act profit-oriented.

HRSflow

HRSflow, a member of the Italian INglass Group, is a global acting company that develops and manufactures hot runner systems for a wide range of plastic injection molding applications.

The presentation "Process & part improvement by using the servo-driven valve gate system FLEXflow Evo" by Stephan Berz, Vice President Sales at HRSflow, offers a variety of insights into current trends in hot runner technology.

The advantages of the servo-driven system compared to a standard system will be clearly demonstrated and substantiated by numerous practical examples. One of the most recent application examples deals with the back-injection of decorative materials and capacitive films.

Leonhard Kurz

LEONHARD KURZ, the world's leading company in thin-film technology, will present various processes for plastic decoration as part of the seminar paper "Innovative decoration technologies with functional integration in injection molding".

The increasing demands of the plastics industry and supplier sector require a stronger focus on the integration of process steps in manufacturing. In addition, sustainability aspects are also gaining enormous importance. Kurz offers a wide range of solutions for individual customer requirements using a variety of technologies.

In his presentation, Johannes Romming, Process & Technology Engineer of the Plastic Decoration business area, will be introducing injection molding processes. The symbiosis of decoration and function, e. g. through the integration of touch sensors, enables innovative and sustainable components to be produced economically across all industries.
