• STARgate HRS®: The patented, needleless hot runner system that controls the flow rate using a revolutionary shutter design and innovative movement. Benefit from shorter cycle times, a compact design and faster color changes.
• MULTIflow HRS® multi-cavity line: Discover new solutions, including the Up nozzle series for applications with limited space and low shot weights, alongside special innovations for luxurious, environmentally friendly thick-walled parts in the beauty and personal care sector. Special technologies for thin-wall packaging will also be on display, including a stack forming system that is easy to assemble, maintain and integrate into plug-and-play solutions.
• TECHflow HRS line: designed for use with engineering polymers and electronic applications, it offers, for example, advanced end ring solutions that improve wear resistance, reduce material degradation and increase flexibility.

In addition to all the interesting products and solutions at our booth, you will find our hot runner technology live in Hall 1 at booth B 1031 from Sumitomo (SHI) Demag: In cooperation with Kistler, a product part from the medical sector will be produced on a Sumitomo IMM using our MULTIflow HRS® multi-cavity hot runner.
