The compact design eliminates the need for actuator installation space, usually located above the needles in standard systems, allowing for thinner back plates. Its pin-less configuration also enables smaller nozzle diameters and reduced mold pocket sizes, making STARgate HRS® a space-efficient solution.

Thanks to its smooth plastic flow and minimal stagnation area, STARgate HRS® delivers faster color changes, less scrap, and lower pressure loss.
