SIMULATION CAPABILITIES

INglass-HRSFlow has the capacity to carry out in-depth analysis and simulate every aspect involved in the molding process: 

Mold Flow simulation

To evaluate every operation during part injection.

  • Filling

  • Fibre orientation
  • Co-injection
  • Injection compression 

FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis 

  • Structural and fatigue analysis: To evaluate the real-time behaviour of every mechanical component involved in the molding process (molds, inserts, hot runners, etc.)
  • Thermal analysis: To evaluate heat exchange and thermal profile in the mold and hot runner.
  • Fluidodynamic analysis: To evaluate the behaviour of every fluid involved in the process. Plastic material inside the hot runner or water in the cooling channels can be simulated to optimize performance.

Dynamic and movement simulation:

To simulate the movement of sliding and other moving parts in the mold during molding and extraction.
