This guarantees a top-quality aesthetic finish for the final product and avoids warpage or scrap. 

Co-design support activities also provide the following benefits: 

• Product optimization, reducing mold complexity and, consequently, lengthening mold lifespan, improving product quality and cycle reliability.
• Avoid incompatibility with other mold parts (moving parts, slides, inserts, etc.)
• Simultaneously plan and design both product and cooling circuit (the cooling circuit, together with the injection process, is one of the main aspect that impacts on part quality and cost).
