• Double heaters and double thermocouples mounted on the manifolds and nozzles allow normal production to continue, even in the event of a fault, preventing downtime and financial losses.
• Systems fitted with "Fail-Safe No-Stop System" already have backup heaters and thermocouples in place, therefore, you donot need any further spare parts.
• In the event of a faulty thermocouple, a comparison will be made by the backup thermocouple and the correct temperature will be determined, again preventing production stoppages and also ensuring the quality of the parts themselves is maintained.
