The Basic Hot Runner Controller permits accurate temperature management and will automatically recognize any heater or thermocouple failure in the hot runner system. The controller can work either with grounded or not grounded thermocouples and allow you to set temperature tolerance.J or k thermocouples type can be selected.

FUNCTIONALITIES

• Automatic mode: a PID with a set-point temperature setting
• Manual mode: percentage setting of the power supplied
• Possibility to select plan the Soft-start on/off
• Autotuning for the calculation of PID parameters
• Alarm signalling: broken heater, broken thermocouple
• Automatic switch in manual mode in case of thermocouple failure
• Stand by mode
