The mould maker focuses increasing attention to energy savings, to the extent that the use of insulating materials and dedicated geometric profiles are now standard on medium-high profile hot runner systems, the ideal application of HRSflow.
The hot runner systems are equipped with suitable supports (thrust blocks) which serve a dual purpose: the first is to compensate for any temperature variations (spring effect), while the second enables optimisation of energy migration between the hot runner and HH plates. A further aid to this process can be through the use of low conductivity materials.
- Reduced energy consumption;
- Uniform thermal profile;
- Easy restart after start-up, leading to low production rejects;
- Temperature recovery system (preserves blow-by).
